I freelance as a guitarist, graphic designer, and sound engineer.

I specialize in playing soothing, elegant background music for dinner parties, receptions, restaurants and art galleries. I teach classic and modern styles of guitar privately in SE Portland.

I began studying classic guitar in 1982.  After finishing high school, I attended West Valley College in Saratoga, California, studying music theory. I played electric guitar in several local bands before getting married and moving to Portland in 1990, where I finished a Bachelor of Music degree from Portland State University.
